"We came to visit a friend in your great city and he recomended that we ride together after many years of not seeing each other. He gave me the number to your dealership. I spoke with Megan from rentals (she rocks)! We picked up the bike, a 2009 FLHTCU, on friday afernoon and had a blast riding in the area. The dealer was a great site to see. Megan was very helpful and friendly. She made us feel like the HD-Zylstra dealer does here at home, like a part of the family. She made the rental process easy. "Harleys are not new to me I've been ridin for a long time and have kept pace with the changes from the old dealer to the new dealer. I first walked into Brownies Harley Davidson when it was in the old Gulf service station on Leopard Then a brand new building next to the old service station, then a new location on SPID and now the new Harley Davidson dealership with a new owner same side of the street just farther north. "Took the Riders Edge after not having ridden in years. What surprised me was that many of the employees remembered me on subsequent visits and greeted me by name. I purchased a Dyna Street Bob and was in and out in no time. Service has been extraordinary. The employees still recognize me and call me by name. I love the store and everything about it. I wish all motor dealers (car boat, etc.) were like this. I'd own a zillion toys. Keep it up."

"I had been looking for a jacket that I wanted so badly and I couldn't find it in my size, not only did your sales rep find it for me she spent a good amount of time searching every inch of that store & the internet to find my jacket. Turns out you had one in stock & in my color!!! I was thrilled. I was even more thrilled that someone actually cared if I was satisfied and that I got exactly what I needed. Thank You So Much. I have never been treated so well by a dealer, even when buying a bike. Your parts people (Bubba) helped me get back on the road and salvaged a weekend of riding instead of sitting around camp!!! "

"Buying my Harley-Davidson motorcycle from Corpus Christi Harley-Davidson was a very pleasent and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend the Rider's Edge Course to new and experienced rider's. It taught me a great deal about m/c control, safety and raised my confidence level a great deal. The instructors are outstanding and they know their business. It's been a pleasure dealing with everyone in the store from sales, to the clothing dept., the service dept., etc. This is a very busy place, but they take time to make sure you know what you're getting and what best fits your needs. The employees are friendly, and knowledgeable. I'm very impressed with the entire operation. Go by and look around, it's nothing like you'd think a Harley shop would be like. I've met some of the nicest people around through my experieces riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

"Last year the service department mechanics performed a
"GREAT" "big bore job" on my 2003 softtail. Please make sure they receive my many thanks. In addition, when I was loading my bike (in the rain) I met two young Hispanic gentlemen. These two employees were very helpful and displayed excellent work ethics; it is that kind of welcoming service we come to expect. Please ensure those two young men also get a pat-on-the-back.
