"Purchased a new Ultra Classic yesterday. The sales and delivery experience was outstanding! I had tried to buy one 20 years ago when the old dealer was here and it was not a positive experience so I went the BMW route for many years. After I got on the road with that bike I was kicking myself for not getting one years earlier.
It is wonderful!
Joe was outstanding and went out of his way to accommodate my wife who is a CPA and has limited availability this time of year. The small gesture was greatly appreciated!
Kevin and the entire staff have a great new owner process and it was a wonderful experience and a beginning to what I hope is a long term relationship.
I actually teach business practices at the local university, please pass this to HD corporate because these guys are doing it right!

I have been in many H-D dealerships throughout the years and never have I seen such professional and courteous H-D representatives than at your dealership. "Corpus Christi Harley is the most overall friendly, organized, and experienced dealership that ive been to in a long time.
I rode down from austin this past weekend and my bike had given out on me the next day. I figured it would have been my battery and sure enough that was the exact problem. I arrived at the dealership and headed towards the parts counter where they tested out my battery. Thankyou to the young lady in parts who gave life to my bike and got me back on the road. I also want to thank her for telling me there was free coffee and dounuts in the lounge that made my breakfast. "We came to visit a friend in your great city and he recomended that we ride together after many years of not seeing each other. He gave me the number to your dealership. I spoke with Megan from rentals (she rocks)! We picked up the bike, a 2009 FLHTCU, on friday afernoon and had a blast riding in the area. The dealer was a great site to see. "Took the Riders Edge after not having ridden in years. What surprised me was that many of the employees remembered me on subsequent visits and greeted me by name. I purchased a Dyna Street Bob and was in and out in no time. Service has been extraordinary. The employees still recognize me and call me by name. I love the store and everything about it. It taught me a great deal about m/c control, safety and raised my confidence level a great deal. The instructors are outstanding and they know their business. It's been a pleasure dealing with everyone in the store from sales, to the clothing dept., the service dept., etc. This is a very busy place, but they take time to make sure you know what you're getting and what best fits your needs. The employees are friendly, and knowledgeable. I'm very impressed with the entire operation. Go by and look around, it's nothing like you'd think a Harley shop would be like. I've met some of the nicest people around through my experieces riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

"GREAT" "big bore job" on my 2003 softtail. Please make sure they receive my many thanks. In addition, when I was loading my bike (in the rain) I met two young Hispanic gentlemen. These two employees were very helpful and displayed excellent work ethics; it is that kind of welcoming service we come to expect. Please ensure those two young men also get a pat-on-the-back.
